Legal terms governing your use of the RightStockAI platform. Please read these terms carefully before using our Service.
To use RightStockAI, you must confirm that you are 18+ years of age and a resident of India when you accept these Terms.

By accessing or using RightStockAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RightStockAI regarding your use of our AI-powered stock analysis platform.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, and forms part of your agreement with us.
RightStockAI provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze Indian stock market data. The Service includes AI-generated technical analysis, fundamental insights, risk assessment tools, and educational resources.
Analysis Only: We do not provide brokerage services, execution of trades, or personalized investment advice. We do not handle or manage user funds.
Market data, quotes, and charts are sourced from third-party providers, including licensed market-data feeds and other financial data services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data, and brief delays, gaps, or provider outages may occur. You should independently verify any data before relying on it for a financial decision.
- You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
- You confirm that you are a resident of India, or that your use of the Service complies with the laws applicable to digital financial tools in your jurisdiction.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
These eligibility requirements are confirmed by you when you accept these Terms and are not independently verified by us. Providing false information about your age or residency is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You agree NOT to use the Service for:
- • Automated data scraping, crawling, or systematic retrieval of content
- • Reselling or redistributing AI-generated analysis without prior written consent
- • Attempting to circumvent security measures or model safety filters
- • Uploading portfolio statements, broker data, or files that you do not have the right to share with us
- • Using exported analysis or account data in a way that violates another person's privacy or rights
- • Any illegal activities or violation of SEBI regulations
If you upload portfolio statements or broker data (for example, via CSV or PDF import) or use our data export features, you are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for having the right to upload or export it. See our Privacy Policy for how uploaded and exported data is handled.
RightStockAI offers both auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time (non-renewing) plan purchases. The billing model for your plan is shown at checkout before you pay.
5.1 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
If you choose an auto-renewing plan, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, as selected) at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Subscription Settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing cycle unless the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee below applies.
5.2 One-Time Payments
One-time plan purchases grant access for a single billing period (one month or one year, as selected) and do not renew automatically. No action is required to avoid a further charge.
5.3 Failed or Declined Payments
If a renewal payment fails or is declined, we may retry the charge and/or place your subscription on hold. Continued access to paid features during this period is not guaranteed, and we may downgrade your account to the Free plan if payment is not successfully completed within a reasonable grace period.
5.4 Upgrades, Downgrades & Plan Changes
You may upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing cycles from your Subscription Settings. Upgrades may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle unless stated otherwise at the time of the change.
5.5 Refunds & 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Payments are otherwise non-refundable. However, first-time Pro subscribers are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied with the Service. Before issuing a refund, our support team may attempt to understand and resolve your concerns. If we are unable to resolve them, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. This 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies once per customer, only to the first paid billing cycle, and does not apply to subscription renewals, purchases made after the initial 7-day period, or repeat subscriptions by an account that has previously received a refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your first payment.
5.6 Pricing Changes
We may change plan pricing from time to time. Price changes will not affect an active billing cycle you have already paid for, and we will provide reasonable advance notice before a price change applies to your next renewal.
5.7 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card network. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts associated with fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks.
Taxes: All fees are subject to GST as per Indian tax regulations.
RightStockAI and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any financial losses resulting from your use of the Service. Stock market investments are subject to market risks.
The Service uses artificial intelligence and large language models to generate analysis, summaries, and insights. AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and should not be treated as a guarantee of any outcome. Read our AI Transparency & Ethics Statement for more detail on how our AI features work and their limitations.
Past performance of AI models is not indicative of future results.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes your account, subscription, and associated personal data, subject to any retention required by law or our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity (including unwarranted chargebacks), or if required to do so by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) will continue to apply after your account is closed.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying AI models and methodology, is owned by RightStockAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You may use AI-generated analysis and reports for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent AI-generated output as your own independent research or advice without our prior written consent, as set out in Section 4.
Data you upload to the Service, such as portfolio statements, remains yours. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact our support team so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal or operational reasons. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when we do, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice).
Continuing to use the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the Service and may close your account as described in Section 7.
